A method for treatment of temporary teeth periodontitis comprises the careful processing of root channels. On the basis of diagnostics of periodontopathogenic activators and local immune disorders the antiseptic treatment of the root channel is carried out with 0.05 % chlorogexidine bigluconate solution and "EndAcept" gel with the subsequent obturation of root channels with a paste based on "EndAcept" gel and additional prescription of antibiotical therapy course using an antibiotic with immunemodulating action – Clarythromicyne – in age-dependent dosage.
