The invention relates to devices for synthesis organic and inorganic products, purification, disinfection of waste water and liquid mediums, solution activation. In may be used in chemical, electrochemical, galvanic, film production, photographic work, objects of sanitary and hygienic, medical and pharmacological purpose, atomic energetics,food industry and other industries. The device for plasma chemical processes comprises a vertical arranged cylindrical body 1, inner surface of which is covered by a film of liquid which is processed, 10 and is performed of chemically resistant material. This cylindrical body is an electrode of negative polarity and is grounded in installation. Inside the body, a counter electrode 2 is installed as a section of electrodes 3 of positive polarity relative to cylindrical body. The section of electrodes together with the cylindrical body covered by liquid forms a number of plasma discharge volumetric areas into a reactor. The section of electrodes comprises an electrode cooling unit according glass-into-glass type, coolant input 6 and output sleeve 7. As a coolant transformer lubricating mineral oil is used. The reactor has nozzles 4 for supplying and forming a stream of processed fluid. Nozzles in amounts of 8 items are installed uniformly around boundary circle of the reactor in the top thereof in tangental manner to the inner surface of the cylindrical body under 15° angle relative to horisontal cross-section for formation of transverse current of 0,4-0,7 мм thickness. Electrodes are cyclic-shaped and made of tungsten. Positive electrodes are installed relative inner surface of cylindrical surface of the body at a distance of cyclic 8-10 мм. The device comprises a storage container with sensor 11 of upper liquid level and sensor 12 of low liquid level for warning about maximal and minimal liquid level in a tank. The invention provides performing wide range of manufacturing method in different industries with use of contact nonequilibrium plasma. |
