A method for preparation of agent having anti-inflammatory membrane stabilizing and antimicrobic action, at which oak barks extraction is made with hot water with subsequent treatment and concentrating of produced extract. The extraction of oak barks grounded to size of particles of , is carried out in a vacuum-filtrational extractor at temperature of water 85-95 °C till producing of 5-6 extract volumes on mass unit of raw material.
