PURPOSE: A shawl type back neck muscle massager is provided, which can double massage effect for the neck and shoulder. CONSTITUTION: A shawl type back neck muscle massager comprises: a main body(1); a plurality of pneumatic massage members(31) which are operated a miniature compressor in the peak portion which is hung on the neck of the main body; a semicircular rear neck massage part(3) which is installed inside the main body; and a tension member installed at the end of both supporting parts of the main body.
