PURPOSE: A method for sensing blood in a bidet is provided to prevent a bacterial infection and to identify a pregnancy and menstruation period. CONSTITUTION: A method for sensing blood in a bidet comprises: a step of sensing when a user sits(S100); a step of sensing color to recognize urine color by a blood sensor(S200); a step of analyzing whether the sensed color is red(S300); a step of changing to a washing mode that enables the spraying of cleansing water to a pudendum if the color detected is red(S410); and a step of changing to a general mode if the color detected is not red line(S420).
