PURPOSE: A damper coupler for an electrical power steering is provided to compensate the mismatch or the low degree of parallelization of a driving shaft of a motor and the core of a worm shaft due to the mechanical error in manufacturing. CONSTITUTION: A damper coupler for an electrical power steering comprises an elastic member(30), an inner rotor(10), a first escape space and a second escape space. The elastic member comprises a third protrusion(31) corresponding to first and second protrusions(11,21). The inner rotor is integrally formed in order to surround a whole of the outer circumferential surface. The first escape space makes tight contact with a whole of the outer circumferential surface of the first protrusion and with the inner surface of the second protrusion. The first escape space is formed on the inner surface of the second protrusion. The second escape space makes tight contact with a whole of the inner circumferential surface of the second protrusion and with the outer surface of the first protrusion. The second escape space is formed on the outer surface of the first protrusion.
