PURPOSE: A filter type nonpoint source pollutant processing unit is provided to gradually exclude contaminated water remaining in a filtering tube and to automatically discharge processing residual water. CONSTITUTION: A screenable nonpoint pollutant processing unit includes a rain fall effluent inlet tube(11) in the upstream top end portion, a first decant pipe(12) in the downstream side bottom part, a first reaction bath(10) which includes a down-flow filtering part, a second processing water overflow wall in the downstream side, a second reaction bath(20) which includes an up flow type filtering part, a discharge tub(30) which includes an outlet conduit(31) in the downstream side, and a perforated drain pipe(16a).
