PURPOSE: A method and a device thereof are provided to selectively replace a device by arbitrarily combining specific pieces or parts. CONSTITUTION: An abdomen opening or an access hole(12) is formed within the wall of the abdomen(14) of a patient(10). The abdomen access hole is the form of a circular-shaped cut-out part. The abdomen access hole is formed by using a trochar(16). The trochar is composed in order to cut out a tissue. The trochar comprises an arbitrary cannula having a cannulated inside part. The trochar comprises an optical tip supplying the visualization of the wall of the abdomen.
