PURPOSE: A motor correcting device is provided to send a substantially regular volume of wind using a relatively small capacity of processor. CONSTITUTION: A motor correcting device of a ventilation system(100) comprises an adjusting module, a determining module, a communications module, and an air volume sensor. Until the monitored air volume arrives at a target value, the adjusting module adjusts the current provided to a motor(110). The determining module determines the difference of the current value before and after the adjusting. The communications module stores the determined difference in a memory of the motor or the ventilation system as one of adjusted values corresponding to a plurality of ranges of motor rotating speeds, which are predetermined. The air volume sensor monitors the air volume flowing through the duct of the ventilation system. The motor correcting device receives the air volume monitored by the air volume sensor.
