An applicator contains the elastic base and the metallic needles with the knobs. The needles are extended above the base of the applicator. The elastic base has the bulbs scattering in parallel and crossing lines. The bulges contain the through axial openings. Furthermore, the elastic base has the limiting ledges located in the perimeter of the base. The needles are made of metals and/or the alloys with varying electric potentials. The needles made of different metals and/or alloys are located in turn within each line containing the bulges. |
