PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing peanut sauce for grain paper is provided to improve food taste for which grain paper is used. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing peanut sauce for grain paper comprises: a step(S1) of selecting and washing garlic; a step(S2) of selecting and pulverizing chili; a step(S3) of selecting and pulverizing peanut; a step(S4) of mixing xanthan gum and water; a step of mixing 1-4 wt% of ground garlic, 2-5 wt% of chili, 16-25 wt% of peanut, 20.05 wt% of mixture of xanthan gum and water, 28-40 wt% of sugar, 1-3 wt% of salt, 1-3 wt% of soybean paste, 0.2-1.5 wt% of modified tapioca starch, 0.1-0.6 wt% of vinegar, 0.01-0.1 wt% of caramel, 0.01-0.1 wt% of monosodium glutamate, 13.98 wt% of water and 0.01-0.09 wt% of soybean oil; and a step(S6) of filling the mixture into a container and cooling. |
