PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS FOR DELIVERING NUCLEIC ACIDS INTO CELLS

PURPOSE: A method for transferring nucleic acid to cells using nucleic acid-binding molecule having polymer protein transduction domain(PTD) or spacer-mixed PTD is provided. CONSTITUTION: A composite or conjugate contains a nucleic acid for forming composite or conjugate with nucleic acid-binding molecule. A method for preparing the nucleic acid comprises: a step of producing nucleic acid-binding molecule by recombinant protein production or synthesis method; and a step of mixing the nucleic acid and nucleic acid-binding molecule to form a composite. A method for easily transferring the nucleic acid into the cells comprises: a step of producing nucleic acid forming the composite or conjugate; a step of adding the nucleic acid to a cell culture medium; and a step of transferring the nucleic acid to the cells by culturing.
