PURPOSE: A communication system between devices using individual portable communication terminal having Bluetooth communication function is provided to not install a mobile communication modem which is necessary for transceiving data between a M2M terminal and a management server of a control center and to utilize a Bluetooth phone as a external mobile communication modem of a M2M terminal, thereby realizing communication with a mobile communication net. CONSTITUTION: A M2M(Machine to Machine) terminal is corresponded to each mobile bodies by one-to-one. A management server of a control center analyzes the collection information of the M2M terminals. The management server controls the M2M terminals remotely. A Bluetooth phone transceives transceiving information of the M2M terminal with the management server of control center through mobile network and Bluetooth wireless paring with the M2M terminal.
