PURPOSE: A helix tube heat exchanger of a half moon shape is provided to minimize the area through the reducing or the enlarging of the size of a helix shape or a half moon shape. CONSTITUTION: A helix tube heat exchanger of a half moon shape comprises a helix tube of a half moon shape. The water and the gas are injected into a whelk shape tube of a half moon shape and the tube is rotated to maximize the heat efficiency. A water inlet(1) is formed on the upper part of the left of the tube. The water is inserted through the water inlet and it is rotated through the tube. A gas inlet(4) is formed on the opposite side of the water inlet. The gas of a high temperature is inserted through the gas inlet and passes through the tube. The hot water is discharged through the water outlet(3) of the tube. |
