PURPOSE: A complex air conditioning device with a water purifying function and a dehumidifying function is provided to enable the functions of an air conditioner, a dehumidifier, a humidifier, a hot/cold water supplier, a water purifier to be realized by single freezing cycle. CONSTITUTION: A complex air conditioning device with a water purifying function and a dehumidifying function comprises a housing(10), a ventilation fan(23), an air filter(20), a water purifying filter(21), a compressor(100), a condensing coil(110), an expansion valve, a capillary tube, a dehumidifying coil(120), a water collecting tank(22), a humidifying container(31), a humidifying coil(130), a hot water container(35), a cold water container(38), a heating coil(140), and a cooling coil(150). The housing comprises a vent(11), an air intake port(12), a cold water tap(14) and a hot water tap(15). The air filter filters the air flowing into the housing through the air intake port. The compressor compresses the refrigerant. The condensing coil condenses and liquefies the compressed refrigerant. The expansion valve and the capillary tube lower the pressure of the refrigerant passing through the condensing coil. The dehumidifying coil cools the air by the evaporation heat and generates the condensed water. The water collecting tank stores the condensed water. The humidifying coil heats and evaporates the water stored in the humidifying container by the heat exchange.
