A method for leather treatment is proposed. The method comprises preparing of hide for tanning in solution of salt and acid with subsequent tanning by organic tanning agents and aluminum compounds, the tanning is realized with using of glutaric dialdehyde and silicium compounds, at that the glutaric dialdehyde and silicium compounds are introduced before treatment by organic tanning agents, and aluminum compounds are introduced after such treatment in 3-3.5 hours before finishing of tanning process. The preparing of hide for tanning is realized with using of mixture of acetic and formic acids. The product of condensation of slaty phenols with formaldehyde with subsequent ω- sulfurization, and/or tannides of mimosa and thar are used as organic tanning agents. The aluminum compounds are used in the amount of 1-2% from the mass of hide calculated for aliminum oxide. Alkali sodium metasilicate, preliminary neutralized by sulfuric acid to neutral value of pH, is used as silicium compounds. Preparing for tanning and tanning itself are realized during 18-20 hours. |
