A claimed method for manufacturings of cartridge insertion for extremity prothesis according to which from sheet thermoforming material a billet for insertion of bucket of prosthesis is cut out. On plaster model a support element is formed which together with billet for insertion of bucket of prosthesis is vulcanized before hardening, having cut off extra ledges on edges. A billet of the supporting element is cut off from the sheet material made of silicone rubber mixture, imposed it on distal area of plaster stump model культи and shaped on plaster model. From the sheet material made of silicone rubber mixture, a billet of insertion envelope is cut out, wrapped with it a stump model together with the billet of the supporting element and formed on a surface of plaster model. Over the produced billet knitted elastic tube is placed, sealed by PVA film cover and degassed for 30 minutes then produced billet is vulcanized firstly at temperature not exceeding 100±5 °C during 15 minutes, and then at temperature 120±5 °C during 2 hours. |
