A method for bleedoff initial angular velocity of a spacecraft consists in that first the initial velocity of the spacecraft is measured with subsequent generation of a control signal and creation of a control moment using relay actuators. After measuring the initial angular velocity the value and sign of perturbing moment acting on the spacecraft are measured. The control moment created by the relay actuators is switched off at decrease of the angular velocity down to a predetermined threshold, if the signs of controlling and disturbing moments coincide, or with a delay of reaching the specified threshold, which provides for change of the angular velocity by the value equal to double value of the module of set threshold value, if the signs of controlling and disturbing moments are not the same. |
