Red ginseng preserved in sugar and mixed with nuts, and its preparation method are provided to enable consumers to conveniently eat ginseng, nuts, dried fruits, and dried grains for one's snack. Red ginseng preserved in sugar and mixed with nuts is prepared by the steps of: (i) cutting red ginseng preserved in sugar fine; (ii) cutting at least one fruit selected from nuts, dried fruits, and dried grains fine; (iii) mixing the cut red ginseng and fruit; and (iv) coating the mixture with ground nuts or grains. In the step (iii), at least one selected from starch syrup, grain syrup, and honey is added to impart a sweet taste to the mixture and promote the adhesion between the red ginseng and fruit. |
