PURPOSE: A metal coated magnetic reinforcement using ionization tendency is provided, which enables people having allergy induction skin to metal to use the magnetic reinforcement. CONSTITUTION: A metal coated magnetic reinforcement using ionization tendency comprises: a permanent magnet(1) that the side facing the surface of the skin has north pole or south pole; an ionic metal coating layer which is formed by coating the outside of the permanent magnet; and a silicon cover(40) capable of covering the outside of the ionic metal coating layer. The ionic metal coating layer comprises an inner coating layer and an outer coating layer.
