PURPOSE: A biodegradable pack for fixing a vegetation mat is provided to completely fasten the vegetation mat on the ground and to prevent damage of seeds by being exposed to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A biodegradable pack(1) comprises: a pair of shafts(4,6) formed at the point portion at the front end; a connecting bar(10) which connects head portions of a pair of shafts; and a plurality of inclined protrusions formed at the circumference of the pair of shafts. The biodegradable pack is made of starch of plant.
