FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: clinical-laboratory examination in bleeding is performed, and when observing a noncomplicated form of JUB, normal blood serum gonadotropin concentration, endometrium thickness 6-8 mm and follicle diametre less than 6 mm, a clinical form of JUB corresponding to first EEG version, i.e. norm is diagnosed. In case of a complicated form of JUB, lower FSH concentration, normal blood serum luteotrophin concentration, endometrium thickness 9-10 mm, and follicle diametre 10 to 35 mm, a JUB form is considered to correspond to second EEG version, i.e. diffuse changes shown. A complicated or combined form of JUB, lower blood serum gonadotropin concentration, endometrium thickness 10 mm and more, follicle diametre more than 35 mm, glandular hyperplasia or polyp of endometrium show a JUB form that corresponds to the third EEG version, i.e. dysfunctional changes of bioelectric cerebral activity. ^ EFFECT: selected forms of juvenile uterine bleedings reflect a clinical course more completely. ^ 4 tbl, 1 dwg, 3 ex |
