FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises arranging tube on miller table to form specific cut length, locking the tube and cutting specific cut lengths by translating aforesaid table relative to milling cutter. Two opposed millers are used, specific cut length being defined by distance between milling cutters. Note here that central movable support is located between said millers and supports are arranged on millers tables. To place tube in said supports, the latter are provided with cutting allowances. Tubes are clamped in supports mechanically and said allowances are eliminated by simultaneous translation of tables with the frame, movable support and tubes relative to revolving milling cutters. ^ EFFECT: higher quality of machining. ^ 2 dwg |
