FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention represents a topical and external pharmaceutical composition for treatment of purulent-destructive mucosal and skin diseases, and also sistemic diseases in immunodeficiency states characterised by the fact that it contains tilorone, a base and at least one target additive in a certain component relation, wt %.
