FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: locking device comprises body with hole, core, locking element, actuating element and spring. Core includes keyhole to hold the key. Core is installed in hole of body so that it may rotate. Locking element may interact with body and core. Locking element is installed so that it may move between release position and locking position. Actuating element is installed in core and is controlled by electronic means. Actuating element may move between opening and locking positions. Spring is equipped with two mutually parallel tabs.
