PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent compound and an organic electroluminescent device including thereof are provided to secure the proper color coordinate compare to a conventional host material, and to improve the efficiency and the lifetime of the organic electroluminescent device. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent compound has a structure marked with chemical formula 1. An organic electroluminescent device contains the organic electroluminescent compound. The organic electroluminescent device includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and more than one layer of organic material layer inserted in between the first and second electrodes.
