PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing functional pear juice is provided to enjoy red ginseng taste and ginseng flavor and to ensure physiological activity and health functionality. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing functional pear juice comprises: a step of mixing 2-5 weight parts of fermented ginseng extract with 100.0 of pear juice; and a step of filtering and sterilizing. A method for preparing the fermented ginseng extract liquid comprises: a step of extract and filtering ginseng at low temperature; a step of obtaining filtrate; a step of fermenting obtained solid part using Lactobacillus plantarum(KCCM-11542); and a step of extracting at high temperature.
