PURPOSE: A guide rail is provided to improve shock absorbing properties using synthetic resin and to remarkably increase shearing stress. CONSTITUTION: A guide rail(50) comprises a plate(54), inner partitions, multiple shock absorbing units, and glass fibers. Multiple curved parts are formed on the outer wall part of the plate. A hollow part is formed inside the plate. The inner partitions divide the hollow part into multiple spaces. The shock absorbing units are consecutively formed between the outer wall part and the hollow part. The glass fibers are arranged inside the outer wall part in a longitudinal direction.
