The pole has a handle (1) coupled to telescopic elements (2-6) with blocking units in a deployed position at desired length. One of the elements opposite to the handle is integrated to a support unit. The handle has arrangements formed by an internal cavity (1a) and a hollow form (1b) allowing integration, in folded up position, of the elements and support unit to constitute a compact assembly in a position of arrangements, where the internal cavity receives the telescopic elements. An end of the cavity presents the hollow form corresponding to an external profile of the support unit.
