PURPOSE: An apparatus for disinfecting and treating localized region of the human body is provided, which can perform treatment without pain and complete sterilization in a short time. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for disinfecting and treating localized region of the human body comprises: a main body(10) in which a touch screen and various kinds of function switches are formed in the top end portion, a door is formed on the bottom thereof, and various kinds of devices are built inside a door; and a handpiece(30) connected to the main body by a cable(20). The handpiece is composed of a handle and a probe and disinfects and treats the affected part using ozone created in the tip-end part of the probe.
