PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to increase the luminous efficiency and heat radiation efficiency by forming a plurality of current distributing patterns on a second conductive layer to be overlapped with a first electrode. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting device includes a light emitting structure layer(140), a seed layer pattern(130), and a first electrode(170). The light emitting structure layer comprises a first conductive layer, a light-emitting layer, and a second conductive layer which successively are formed in one side of the substrate. The seed layer pattern is formed inside a first conductive layer and is separated from each other. The first electrode is formed through the substrate(100) and is extended to the other side of the seed pattern. |
