PURPOSE: An attaching structure of parts and an attaching structure of embedded parts are provided to reduce the cost and to enhance the recycling performance since a base member, a lock member and an operation member are formed from synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION: An attaching structure of parts comprises a base member(1), a lock member and an operation member(3). The base member comprises an insertion part(10) inserted into the attaching hole(Pa) of a panel(P). The lock member is rotatably held in the base member. The lock member is movably assembled to the base member. On the side(10b) of the insertion part of the base member, an opening(10c) is formed. On the lock member and the operation member, cam units rotating the lock member to a fixed position are installed. A part of the lock member is projected from the opening if the lock member rotates to the fixed position.
