The seat has a base frame (20) whose end is connected to a support (50) fixed at a floor pan by rotating the base frame relative to the support. A leg (40) is pivotingly assembled at the frame between a projecting position and a re-entry position of the frame. A pivoting synchronization arm (70) is assembled between the leg and the support so as to coordinate pivoting of the leg with tilting of the frame. The arm is connected to the support by a connecting rod (66) pivotingly mounted to the support and extended with the arm in a direction longitudinal to the frame. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle comprising a floor pan equipped with a cavity.
