PURPOSE: A PCI express communication system and a communication method thereof are provided to shorten failure recovery time by improving a TLP(Transaction Layer Packet) transfer protocol during a state in which an error occurs. CONSTITUTION: A PCI express communication unit(3a1) of an end point(3a) requests the data of 1024DW to a local controller(3a2). The local controller informs the PCI express communication unit of data preparation completion. The PCI express communication unit transmits appended data. A route complex(1) issues a memory read request only for an address in which an error has occurred.
