PURPOSE: An apartment house with gardens in each floor is provided to enable sunlight to flow into a dead zone of a garden using a reflective plate. CONSTITUTION: An apartment house with gardens in each floor comprises bedroom parts, kitchen parts, living room parts(20), and garden parts(30). The bedroom and kitchen parts have bedrooms and kitchens. The living room parts are located to be protruded from the bedroom and kitchen parts. The garden parts are located in one side or the other side in a zigzag shape and have an outer reflective plate and a ceiling reflective plate.
