INTEGRATED CIRCUIT CARD SYSTEM AND TRANSMISSION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An integrated circuit card system controlling the current of an output data signal according to transfer rate by a single wire protocol is provided to supply stable transmission operation by controlling the current by SWP(Single Wire Protocol). CONSTITUTION: An I/O(Input/Output) port(11) is connected through a single wire connected to a C6 pad to an RF(Radio Frequency) integrated circuit. A buffer(12) transmits an S1 data signal to a transmission speed calculator(13) and an internal logic circuit(16). The transfer rate calculator generates a control signal for the control of a current driver. The current driver controls the amount of the current flowing in an NMOS transistor(15) in response to the control signal.
