The storage vessel such as wine and spirits store equipped with a stable tank, comprises an upper wall, a lower wall and a side wall, storage tanks with side tanks having planar section in the form of convex isosceles trapezoid defining two front walls (1, 4) parallely connected to convergent side walls (2, 3). The side tanks are connected by the side walls to form an annular structure comprising an external wall, and maintain the connection elements to assure mechanical blockage of the assembly of tanks. The external wall, the side wall and the inner wall consist of other front walls. The storage vessel such as wine and spirits store equipped with a stable tank, comprises an upper wall, a lower wall and a side wall, storage tanks with side tanks having planar section in the form of convex isosceles trapezoid defining two front walls (1, 4) parallely connected to convergent side walls (2, 3). The side tanks are connected by the side walls to form an annular structure comprising an external wall, and maintain the connection elements to assure mechanical blockage of the assembly of tanks. The external wall, the side wall and the inner wall consist of other front walls, internal walls and side walls defining internal space with the main side walls. The external annular structure comprises a passage for communication with internal space. The connection elements comprise a continuous belt for the relative mechanical blockage of front walls. The mechanical blockage of the side walls form a circle extending to external front wall. A central tank is disposed at center of the inner space of the annular structure to define an annular circulation path with the side walls. The side wall tank comprises a filling opening present in the upper wall and/or in front inner wall of the side tank. A central staircase is disposed in the inner space of the external annular structure for providing an access platform for each opening, and comprises a spiral staircase carried by a central pole. Each platform is carried by profile connecting the front inner wall of the side walls and a central mat. The central pole consists of a spiral pole (19) rolling around the central tank. The peripheral tank is interiorly divided into superimposed upper and lower compartments separated by a transverse wall. The superimposed compartments consist of separate storage tanks. The side tanks consist of metallic tanks made of stainless steel carried by foundation elements in the form of an annular ring. The lower wall of the side tanks and upper face of the massive element have a gradient conjugated for defining a convergent slope towards the central space of the annular structure. The side tanks are connected with a concrete material, and are constituted of two separate tanks each constituting independent storage volume. The upper tank has a depth greater than the lower tank, which partially extends to edge of the internal front face of the lower tank.
