PURPOSE: A fixing plate for a surveillance camera is provided to enlarge a surveillance area by forming a large inclination angle. CONSTITUTION: An inclined plane unit(20) having a certain inclination angle is integrated with a plate body(10), and a bracket(30) for installing camera housing(50) and allowing the rotation of the camera housing is installed at the inclined plane unit. The inclination angle of the inclined plane angle is 30-60 degree and is formed at a lower plane of the plate body.
