PURPOSE: A separation apparatus of a carbon dioxide apparatus at the synthetic gas for separating carbon dioxide by using a VAS mode is provided to reduce discrete carbon emission quantity and reduce the environment pollution after increasing the efficiency of a gas engine. CONSTITUTION: A separation apparatus of a carbon dioxide apparatus includes an adsorption tower(120) which is installed in order to adsorb the carbon dioxide between a synthetic gas purifier(100) and a gas engine(110). A gas service pipe is connected and installed so that the synthetic gas be provided to each adsorption tower. A feeding valve is installed on each gas service pipe and in which the synthetic gas is supplied selectively among the adsorption tower. A gas exhausting tube is installed in order to supply the synthetic gas which the carbon dioxide is removed to the gas engine while being installed between each adsorption tower and gas engine and passing through the adsorption tower.
