PURPOSE: A fluorinated urethane film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to effectively protect an inner device by shielding ultraviolet rays while blocking the penetration of moisture within air. CONSTITUTION: A fluorinated urethane film with the water proofing property is formed by polymerizing 4-fluoropolyol and isocyanate. A manufacturing method of the fluorinated urethane film comprises the following steps: mixing the 4-fluoropolyol dissolved to a solvent with titanium dioxide; adding a dispersing agent, and an antifoaming agent to the mixture and stirring; adding a UV stabilizer; mixing the isocyanate with the mixture; and adding a curing accelerator into the mixture.
