PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a high-performance carbon fiber-reinforced composite is provided to prevent the matter property degradation of the composite generated from the decrease of the viscosity of a thermosetting polymer resin solution. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a high-performance carbon fiber-reinforced composite using a vacuum bag molding method comprises the following steps: forming a thermosetting polymer resin solution by mixing a polymer resin, a hardener, and a promoter; forming a prepreg by dipping carbon fibers to the thermosetting polymer resin solution; pre-heat treating the prepreg; laminating the heat-treated prepreg; and heat-hardening the laminated prepreg after compressing, under the vacuumed condition.
