PURPOSE: A solar cell panel is provided to continuously produce power by minimizing the influence on the solar cell panel when any cell of a plurality of solar cells is broken. CONSTITUTION: A MOSFET switch(210) bypasses current flow to a battery cell. A power supply unit receives generated power and supplies the power to a bypass unit. A signal detector(230) detects the generation voltage of the solar cell connected one by one. A comparison and determination operating unit determines the driving of the MOSFET switch, an LED display(250), and a signal output unit. A signal output terminal transmits the operation signal to the outside when the electric cell of the bypass unit is broken. |
