PURPOSE: An e-mail system capable of sharing and sorting e-mails by using a hierarchical tag system is provided to efficiently classify e-mails by providing a tag management function that a person or group uses a hierarchical tag. CONSTITUTION: If the buttons(401,402) placed before a desirable e-mail are selected, the e-mail is displayed. If a tagging button(411) is pushed after the desirable e-mail is selected, a tagging window(420) is displayed on a screen. A desirable items are selected from the various selected items indicated on the tagging window, and a user is able to tag at least one first tag from each e-mail. |
