PURPOSE: A feedback method for securing the consistency of an evaluation complex quantitative and qualitative indexes is provided to minimize the deviation according to each evaluator. CONSTITUTION: An information processing device constitutes the evaluation ratings of a plurality of evaluators(S51). The information processing unit constitutes a class of the maximum frequency more than the rank as the binary number matrices data(S53). The information processing unit produces the initial question tendency measurement value and initial estimate person inclination measured value(S55).
