PURPOSE: A method and a device for controlling a presentation slide are provided to connect a portable terminal to a PC and to easily transmit a presentation data, thereby readily operating a slide show through the portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: At least on PC(Personal Computer)(120) is connected to the portable terminal for controlling the display of at least one of slide pages within a presentation file stored in a portable terminal(110). The PC controls performance of presentation file in the portable terminal. The portable terminal controls the execution of at least one slide page within the presentation file. The portable terminal controls the termination of the presentation file.
