MANUFACTURING METHOD OF MASTER ROLL FOR OPTICAL FILM PRODUCTION

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a master roll for production of an optical film is provided to facilitate the maintenance of a master roll because only a metal plate is replaced when the micro-pattern of the master roll is abraded. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a master roll for production of an optical film is characterized in that a metal plate(20) in which a micro-pattern is formed is attached to the exterior of a master roll. The micro-pattern of the metal plate is formed through steps of forming a conductive layer(21) on a plastic film(10) with a micro-pattern, forming a coating layer(22) on the surface of the conductive layer, and separating the metal plate comprising the conductive layer and the coating layer from the plastic film.
