PURPOSE: A microsatellite marker of Sesarmops intermedius and a primer for amplifying the same are provided to use in genetic structure analysis of endangered species. CONSTITUTION: A microsatellite marker of Sesarmops intermedius comprises a base sequence selected from sequence numbers 1-18. A primer for amplifying the marker comprises a base sequence selected from sequence numbers 19-54.
