PURPOSE: A method for preparing matured dendritic cells with remarkably improved ability of inducing cancer-specific immune response is provided. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing matured dendritic cells with ability of inducing cancer-specific immune response comprises: a step of sensitizing unmatured dendritic cells to cancer-specific antigen protein which is fused with YGRRARRRRRR; and a step of isolating matured dendritic cells. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer contains pharmaceutically effective amount of matured dendritic cells; and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
