PURPOSE: A double direct-fired grill is provided to prevent meats from being burned by flames by roasting the meats using flames flowing from a space between an oil guide plate and a gridiron. CONSTITUTION: A double direct-fired grill comprises an oil housing, an oil receiver, and a gridiron(20). The oil housing is placed on the top of a heating unit and collects oil. The oil receiver has a through hole for flames at the center. The gridiron is placed on the top of the oil receiver and has multiple rings(21) separated from each other. |
