PURPOSE: A retaining wall fixing device with a cutting area is provided to be prevented from being easily destroyed and to increase anchoring force regardless of the irregular gap between a retaining wall and a cutting area. CONSTITUTION: A retaining wall fixing device with a cutting area comprises a coupler(100), a second eye bolt, and a wire rope(140). The coupler is fixed to one end of a nail(4). One end of the second eye bolt is fixed to multiple blocks(5) forming a retaining wall. The wire rope connects the coupler and the second eye bolt.
